These Terms and Conditions govern the transport services provided by Julien, private VTC chauffeur in Mougins, Côte d’Azur (the “Provider”). They apply to any booking and transport service made via the Provider’s communication channels (phone, WhatsApp, website or any other means).
The Provider offers private transfers (Nice Côte d’Azur Airport and Cannes-Mandelieu), rail station shuttles, transport for hotels, events, conferences, weddings and private tours, aboard an electric vehicle (Tesla Model 3). The service is available 24/7. The vehicle is equipped with water bottles and chargers and may include other services mentioned at the time of booking.
Bookings can be made by phone or WhatsApp. Rates are those displayed at the time of booking and may be subject to change. Payment is made according to the arrangements agreed at booking (before or after transport). Any cancellation is subject to a clearly communicated cancellation policy at the time of booking.
The Provider undertakes to perform the service with professionalism and to ensure the safety of the vehicle and passengers. The client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle or equipment. The Provider is not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond its control (traffic, weather, official prohibitions). The Provider’s liability is limited to the legal framework and applicable regulations.
The Provider holds the mandatory insurances for VTC activity and complies with vehicle registration, insurance and passenger coverage obligations. The client may be required to provide information necessary for the performance of the service and invoicing, in compliance with applicable law.
Personal data collected for booking and service is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable regulations (notably the GDPR). Processing includes identification, contact, trip and payment data necessary to perform the contract and ensure transport safety. The client has rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection within the limits provided by law.
Content provided by the Provider (access, documentation, communication materials) remains the exclusive property of the Provider or its partners. No unauthorized use may be made without written consent, except limited use rights for contract execution.
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of dispute regarding interpretation or execution, the parties shall seek an amicable solution. If no agreement is reached, the competent courts at the Provider’s domicile or place of service will be seized, in accordance with consumer law and VTC matters.
